ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT:
The proprietor of trademark has the right to assign whole or any of his right to any other person. The effect of assignment is that the assignee becomes entitled to the extent of the rights assigned to him. A duly executed and signed assignment deed along with the requisite fees is to be submitted at the trademark for recordation of valid assignment. A valid assignment should be in writing should identify the extent of the rights and it should specify the amount of royalty payable to the proprietor of trademark.
